Returns Policy

Goods ordered may only be returned/exchanged within the first 14 working days for a full product refund including VAT, providing the following conditions are fulfilled:​

Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, etc for that product). If any item(s) are missing when received then the product is deemed incomplete and will be returned to the purchaser.

some products may only be valid for an exchange or part refund (such as bespoke or purpose built products) Some products may have a 25% restocking fee

Goods returned must be received in as new condition.

Warranty returns require a form to be completed prior to sending to us

All returns must be authorised.

The Goods remain your responsibility during shipping and until signed for by us.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

When an order is cancelled, this is confirmed with the customer and cancelled off on our system. The refund will be processed by our accounts team and returned back to the original source of payment.

Carriage costs for returning the Goods are to be paid by the purchaser

Goods which are returned for a refund are inspected onsite. The refund/exchange will be processed by our accounts team and returned back to the original source of payment within 5 business days.
Any item(s) returned that are incomplete, damaged, or used, will not be accepted. Any goods that are damaged or require parts/labour to get in a saleable condition these costs incurred will be deducted from the refund total.
